Redevelopment of a villa in a beautiful park with a four-story manor house. In this small unit all the existing materials were dismantled, the layout and systems were redone and 6 beds were created in a few square metres. The small kitchenette acts as a fixed backrest for a sofa. The element that characterizes various creations of the Studio is the declination of a color in its various shades: here we find the range of greys, very light for doors and skirting boards, medium in the floor and in the bathroom with Royal Mosa tiles, anthracite in the kitchenette. The two bedrooms are independent but communicating with a wide sliding opening, in the absence of guests, the master bedroom enjoys a significant depth of use and view.
