We are in the historic center of Milan, in a 1924 building designed by the architect Mino Fiocchi, where each residence occupies the empire floor. Working on this building, which belongs to the history of Italian architecture, requires respect and measure. However, it allows an extraordinary comparison between generations and entrusts STUDIOAGLIARDI with the responsibility of transforming and adapting the living space to the contemporary.
The current demands require smaller surfaces and spaces that are more functional to the new way of living. Here then is that the division into two units involves the creation of more rooms, new service equipment and a new layout.
