The building, inserted in a private garden, has little impact on the territory and is proposed as a non-invasive object, with many references to empty and full. It consists of 3 floors above ground as well as a basement, with 10 parking spaces, a gym, and service rooms. The residential volume is set back from the load-bearing lattice and the structure is a light mesh of pillars and slabs. The material adopted as the skin of these villas is ultra-thin large-format stoneware: a choice motivated above all by the desire to blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. Even the selected color, dark and natural, goes well with the context and with the wooden panels made to design.
